Option 3: Option 3 services offer a comprehensive range of personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation and medication management. Our skilled caregivers work closely with each resident to ensure their comfort and well-being are prioritized at all times.

  • Shopping
  • Rise and/or Tuck-In Service
  • General Support

What to expect from our at-home care service

A visit prior to any care starting can be arranged at no extra cost. This will enable our dedicated care staff to tailor the care provided to suit your individual needs.

Quality Assurance is carried out every 6 months. This is paramount and ensures that the care you receive is the best possible.

All our care staff are all vetted to Social Care and Care Inspectorate standards and are all members of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG Scheme) which replaced the Enhanced Disclosure Scotland checks for those individuals working with vulnerable adults and children.

A comprehensive training syllabus is in place and is monitored and updated annually for all members of our staff.

How to secure Care Services as your At Home Care Provider

Unfortunately, we do not enter into private arrangements with clients directly, and should you wish to use our services, we ask that you contact Perth & Kinross Council’s Early Intervention and Prevention Team.

This is the first point of contact for people who need access to health and social care services. The team is available from Monday to Friday, between 8.45 am and 5.00 pm by phone on 0345 30 111 20 or by email  at AccessTeam@pkc.gov.uk.
